The tournament was founded in 2013 shortly after the all-too-early passing of one legendary Dogtown native. Dennis Fahy was a great father, husband, friend and one of the most generous, funny guys you could ever know. Looking for a way to keep his memory and generous spirit alive, a small group of family and friends decided that the best way to do just that was to memorialize him with a charity tournament for the game he loved. We would also like to remember Terry (Dennis’ brother) and his wife Megan Fahy after their passing in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Like most members of the Fahy family, Terry & Megan loved the game of golf and we look forward to keeping their memory alive through this tournament. Your involvement will make this fundraiser a very special celebration.
